Sorry you're feeling yucky.
Hey, but no guilt - you know, that's got to be the hardest day to stay raw...
No biggie, just pick yourself up and dust yourself off, which it sounds like you're doing.
Today is a new day!

I absolutely can relate. I stuffed myself with awesomely tasty food, even ending with pumpkin pie and icecream. And then to top it off I had leftovers again today, because I hate to waste food. Well, I felt horrible: heartburn and stomach pains. OK, I'm sorry I did it, but I'm not gonna die. I'll start fresh again tomorrow and I'll feel great again. And I'll take my experience with me to the next trying time and use it to do better then.

I dove off the wagon face first yesterday but am back on track today with lots of green smoothies and fresh fruit. My day yesterday started off RAW...then by end of the day it was 50/50. I wanted so badly to sleep in too but was up at 3:00 am among all the other shoppers out there...that in itself was my work out today. I did only have one plate of food as opposed to going back for second, or thirds so overall it was not a total bust.

I had a full day of cooked food one day last week and was in bed early because I felt horrible and sick to my stomach. I've only been 75% raw for about a month but I suppose my system made some type of adjustment since eating a full day of cooked food didn't make me feel all that great. I think I'll stick with the raw stuff. :)

Yup.. I'm in the same boat! Of course, I kinda expected it since I had a vegan Thankgsiving potluck. (not raw) BUT the good news is: I AM hosting a raw potluck this coming Sunday!

Green Smoothies are the best thing for hang overs, so you have the right idea.
