I was pacing this morning knowing that my amazon order was due to arrive. I am so excited. :)

I got 4 books...Conscious Eating, & There is a Cure for Diabetes, The Tree of Life -21 day Program. Both by Gabriel Cousens.

Also received the Idiots Guide to Eating Raw and the 12 Steps to Raw Foods.

I am just vibrating and cant wait to start reading at lunch. :D

When I finish reading I will share my thoughts on the books.

Does anyone have any other book recommendations?

Nature's First Law is a great one, by a group of authors. It got a bad amazon rap because it's very propagandistic toward raw food, but it's a great read, and will tell you the science behind the miracles.

I also recommend The Sunfood Diet Success System by David Wolfe. It has everything you need to get started on raw.

I've heard Alissa's book is good, but I'm going to have to wait for Christmas to find out. :) I've also heard Green for Life is a great book to read. It's by Victoria Boutenko.

I never knew there was an idiot's guide to eating RAW. Well I don't buy any of them with the idiot title. But do order Alissa's Book you can get it from this Forum, check out the left side of this page.

Do read ALL you can about RAW and Stay connected to LIKE people even when you make a slip and they will pick you up plus we learn from each other.
