All of those foods have a very low glycemic index. You should be good.

I have recipes that require these ingredients. Any one know of a good source to get them online? Thank you :)

Alissa has some of it in her store, also Raw Vegan Source has a store online.

Funny you should mention that. I went there Wednesday and bought bags of lucuma and mesquite. Already have maca. Can hardly wait to try some new recipes.

Anndiamond, do you have a certain recipe in mind?

Raspberry, what are you wanting to make with it?

Just for now - probably only adding to smoothies to see if I feel a difference in my energy level. From there...who knows - I think its the lucuma (or mesquire?) that is supposed to taste like butterscotch? (Sorry if I am wrong)? If true, I would probably try that with chocolate brownies.

Rawknitster - I went on the webiste for Alissa and could only find the maca not the lucuma or mesquite (I clicked on store, food, and supplements) and got one page of items for each. Am I missing something?

Raspberry, Since the store is only 15 miles from me, I have never ordered from their website, but I just went to it and took a look. Under products, click on Raw Organic Food, then click on Superfoods. At the bottom of each page of product listings you will find a box to click for the next page. All 3 products are listed under superfoods. When you find the product you want, click on the product name to get more info and price.

During my visit to the store, Tom told me the website was a work in progress. It should be functional. If you have any problems click the contact page for their toll-free phone number, store hours, and email addresses. Tom and Susan are very nice and helpful.

Did you notice the membership fee? It's a $10 one time fee to set up an account.
