Oh yes, I used to. Your body is changing. Try eating warming herbs, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, etc. Warm water. That helps too. I have "evened" out now.

I live in the midwest and yes I get cold. I will have warm soups (I warm them in my vitamix- if you do not have one you can use a glass bowl warmed with hot water.).I uses spices like garlic, ginger, cayanne pepper to give things a warm feeling.

I don't get cold easily any more, but I used to. Things that helped: daily exercise, dry skin brushing, hot/cold alternating showers, drinking lots of water. These are all things that improve circulation in general but definitely help over time.

Raw helps too -- but not immediately! So funny, it was snowing here a few days ago, and I was fine in a light jacket while everyone else was walking around with scarves and hats and grimaces and looking cold.

Green juice with a big knob of ginger--I feel it in my toes!

People are throwing the spice idea around, but many spices that are "spicy" actually cool your body.
Ginger is a great warming spice as is cinnamon.
