Blendtec owners: Do you use pre programmed cycles or manual controls?

I was wondering how Blendtec owners use their blenders. One of the main reasons I got a Blendtec is for the preprogrammed cycles and that's what I've been using, they work great.

I set my 4 programmable buttons (think the older models don't have this) to:
1. Smoothie
2. Smoothie XL
3. Soups
4. Ice Cream

I've just had it for 2 days now so I may change them but I think those will be my 4 most used cycles.

The cycles are great as it gets large lumps and makes it smooth by alternating speeds while I can be putting away my ingredients. I don't see why I'd want the manual speeds when the cycles work so well, and I've just tried a few of the 25 pre programmed cycles.

So do you Blendtec owners use the cycles or manual control? What are your most used cycles?
