Tasty chip/cracker recipes WITHOUT peppers?

I love most fruits and veggies - but bell peppers of all shades gross me out - the smell, the texture, especially the taste! Bleah!

Help!

My flax crackers are awesome - but would like a little variety....

Leave out the peppers and add what you enjoy... tomatoes? carrots?
