Do you have a recipe for nutless bread? I read a post where someone made bread in their dehydrator (or cracker type bread) from greens, carrots and tahini? Gracias :)

sunflower seeds. with ??? whatever you want. soak overnight or for at least 20 mn, then blend in FP with enough liquid (water, lemon juice, whatever) to make chunky, and whatever other veggies and herbs/spices you want. i also add a bit of cold pressed sunflower or olive oil, which makes it more crumbly and rich. if you want them to hold up better as "crackers" to dip or whatever, add some ground flax to help keep them together. i prefer to not use the flax, but they do come out more crumbly, fragile, and break way more easily. but i prefer the taste and texture without flax...
dehydrate until dry and crispy'

Russell James has a nut-less bread recipe on his site which uses buckwheat in place of the usual nut base. Have yet to try it but it sounds good.
