Cashew and Avocado sandwich
Truffles- Cherry/cranberry Carob

1) Cashew and avocado sandwich.
Chard- green or red will do.
Seed cheese- handful of cashews and sunflower seeds. grind. add clove of garlic. sprinkling of olive oil and Nama Shoyu, lemon, then grind. Spread cheese on chard. Then grind short and quick- avocado and cherry tomatoes, and spread on top of cheese. Radish and broccoli sprouts rinsed off and spread/placed on leaf, thin slice of onion taken apart and layed on top. Roll and enjoy.
2) Truffles- Cherry/Cranberry Carob
Raw honey, agave nectar, pecans, dried cherries, dried cranberries, carob chips, process. make balls and roll in coconut shred.
Place in freezer/ or fridge.
3) Health bar-
Soaked 1/4 c. of each-sunflower, pumpkin, buckwheat- then dried in dehydrator- Dried mix.
Sticky mix-approx. 5 Soaked dates, T. agave nectar, T. raw honey- process and add handful of dried cherries and dried cranberry and process more until well mixed.
In bowl, add dried mix to sticky mix. Hand blend- you will get messy!
Spread on teflex to desired thickness and shape. Transfer onto screen by making a sandwich out of the screen and teflex, turn over and remove teflex and put screen in dehydrator. (12 hours? till dry and chewy.)
