The Essene Diet

G'day people i have a question concerning the essene diet as written in The Gospel of Peace.Has anyone attempted the diet and if so what where your experiences.I personaly would like to attempt the diet in the future when i have been a raw fooder for a couple of years.Im currently 90% raw and will go completely raw by the end of the year.
