I'm starting to crave my own raw restaurant. Been making tons of goodies for myself and friends, and with great results. Here's my latest raw treat, which one of my friends has saucily nicknamed Chocogasm Pie. The recipe is on my blog...enjoy, raw friends! xo

food lust is right! when its good ! its REALLY good ! and dark chocolaty things are SO lustful !

Lecithin is a natural emulsifier that binds oils with other ingredients. It basically thickens stuff up. You can buy it in natural food stores as crystals. I have a huge jar of it. Here's more about it (http://www.1001herbs.com/lecithin/).

My brother took me there! (He lives in Atlanta) I would LOVE to go! What a cool place!!!!
