Hey,

Not sure if this is in the right place, if not feel free to move it.
Im wanting to try some herbal and natrual teas, but i really dont like tea at all.
Im wanting the tea to help balance out hormones, stress and digestion and hopefully be a part of a detox program once i like it!
What can i easily get hold of (or make) that has the best benefits and taste nice??

You can soak some chopped up mint leaves in warmish water along with some lemon juice for several hours to make a lovely tea that is raw and helps with digestion and alkalinity...
