...is absolutly amazing!! I will try the "chicken" salad variation the next time I make it. Btw.. I made 1/2 a recipe and it's still alot. Will prob make 1/4 recipe from now on. MMmmmmmm so good on onion bread with tomatoes!

I have that book and love it - the portions are kind of large for me as well since I am the only raw eater in my household.

I think I can figure tuna out now.

Mock Tuna Salad
Sunflower seeds, celery, onion, cashews, coconut water, mustard, garlic, lemon juice, dill, dulse, sea salt.

Mock Chicken Salad
Sunflower seeds, celery, onion, cashews, coconut water, mustard, garlic, lemon juice, sage, oregano, thyme, sea salt.
