I made the Blue Berry Pie today and it set up beautifully...my question is the crust still seems "wet" I used my soaked almonds for the crust and the soaked dates. Was maybe I supposed to use non-soaked almonds? Even with the "wet" crust it was amazing.

A couple of thing you might try ~ soak the almonds, then dehydrate for an hour or, use soaked almonds, make the crust, put it in the plate, then dehydrate the whole thing until desired dryness before adding the filling.

My son just made this yesterday. It was awesome! He did not soak the nuts, and the crust came out fine.
