For those of you who love Indian food, I found this recipe on another website and this was tonights dinner. Both me and my hubby loved it!

I doubled the recipe for the kofta balls and it made 6 small kofta balls. I made the amount of sauce called for in the recipe. My banana was large so I only used one. Also, I did not have any fresh tomatoes, so I used sundried, soaked in some water. I used the soaking water as well. Really delicious! :D

OMG that looks awesome. Will try it for sure. Rest of family doesn't like Indian food but since they're not raw, I guess it doesn't matter. Nyah nyah nyah to them!!

Looks awesome!! I LOVE Indian food, and do admit to caving in once or twice a month with cooked Indian food. I am still at around 85-90% raw, though, so am doing ok. :D
