Time for some ideas!

My boss did some wonderful designs for a logo for the raw food treat biz I am building. Out of 5 designs, this one was the clear fave- however, no one likes the word "special". So I am taking ideas from the smartest peeps ever (besides my DD and DH:D)

so far delicious, yummy, delightful, and bliss have been thrown out there. I am leaning for yummy for the casual appeal, but I like delicious too...but I bet you guys have more ideas that are even better. So give it to me!

Here is the logo-

Divine.........

Let my clarify that...the label is divine, but I meant it as in.....Raw. Natural. Divine.

I can see why you would be proud. The entire logo design is great. Catches the eye and make the point. Nice work. Good luck in your new venture.

Raw. Natural. Scrumptious? I like yummy - what about just "yum"? Or even "good"? I like divine, but it might be a bit too loaded a word.
You'll have to keep us updated!! What a cool thing!!

Awesome!

I have a degree in graphic design. It's a good start and it's a little crude and difficult to replicate. I think you should hand it over to a graphic designer to finish it off and make it so that it can be readable at 1/2 an inch and blown up for a large sign.

The thing is, as simple as it looks, it needs to be mechanically reproducible for a variety of different media.

But if you're only using it for a website, then it's fine. If you start to use it for other products, please let a professional clean it up and vectorize it.

Also, the apple looks kind of monstrous. That's why I get paid the big bucks. :D

Thanks=)

Actually, my boss makes a living from this at Microsoft and has all that working. She is the one in charge of my design on labels and such and knows how to do all that:D

This is just a rough draft- she is making it so I can shrink/blow it up- but the apple stays as is. My daughter drew it and I refuse to "polish" it up. I think the down home appeal will speak wonders. We ran the desigh along with 4 other much more polished looking ones past dozens of peeps in the past weeks and this was the clear winner. Hell, if it is rough and casual, maybe my product will stand out among the sea of foods around it, catching the eye and saying Look At ME!

Not being defensive, lol- just sayin- I wanted imput on the word:D

I like yum.....raw. natural. yum.....hmmm *adds to list*

Looks great so far!
How about:
fresh, or refreshing
juicy
invigorating
vibrant
energy, or energizing
vitality

I also like alive and delicious.

I love it as it is! You and your daughter are very creative and talented. :D

The only recommendation I have is to use a whole apple. My impressions of seeing the apple bitten into is that something is missing. I'm looking at this through the eyes of a SAD person. As a RAW person I get the advertising but just wanted to add that. In Feng Shui, the colors red, green, black, white accentuate business prosperity and new businesses. Black & white combo brings helpful people -helps with networking. Green is extremely good for new businesses - equates to growth. I would add some yellow too because the combination of Red & gold (yellow) are very auspicious. Even a yellow or gold period or dot will suffice. It doesn't need to take over. Just needs to be in there somewhere.
