hello everyone,
i found some unpasterized apple cyder at whole foods and was wondering is it is raw?

I would think so.......fresh apple cider is pressed and bottled, that's it...as long as it doesn't say something like flash-pasturized. You could always call the farm or company name on the label. I used to go get it directly from the orchard when I lived in NY...you could watch them press it.

Get it from Bragg's and it will be definitely raw.

hey arcturus--theyre talking about APPLE CIDER, not APPLE CIDER VINEGAR. i.e. fresh cider. ;)
