tangerine seeds? i recently read about swallowing papaya seeds whole as they act as an intestinal cleanser. i'm wondering about tangerine seeds. i suppose we can just eat them, right? i'd read previously that it's good to eat the seeds in grapes, cantaloupes, etc. anyone know?? thanks!

I usually spit seeds out/throw away/compost, but have read that several people blend cantaloupe seeds in their juice/smoothies. If organic, some also juice the rinds of different melons along with the inside. Caution to ensure you wash the outside prior to use has seemed to be a warning for several years.
