Where do I get these? Would they be in the bulk bins at WF?
Is it the same as whole grain wheat?
Thank you!!!

My Whole Foods Market carries them in the bulk bins. They have them in several kinds. For example, hard wheat, soft wheat, red wheat, etc. I would use the soft wheat for sprouting and making raw breads/crackers.
Take Care!

Hmmm....I really don't know....anyone else?
I don't know if this website will help or not, but here it is:

p.s. Are you sure that yours is raw? You could always soak and sprout it and see if you like it. Then you will know for sure what to get in the future if you do. I, personally, do not do grains.
