Hi,
Does any one know if ballys slimmer belt really works? I was planning on purchasing one. Since I have such a hard time losing weight around my stomach. I work out everyday and do a lot of crunches daily, but I’m losing weight quickly everywhere else except my stomach.
If anymore ever used this product or is using it currently please let me know if it works.
Thanks

I have seen the commercials but don't know if they work. Everything looks GOOD in a Commercial.

Crunches won't help you lose belly fat. You cannot spot-reduce fat. Your best bet would be to start up a good cardio program.

I'm not a fan of anything that restricts your body, especially in order to lose weight. I think, although it may help you lose weight, it does more harm than good, physically and energetically. There's a reason those things hurt when you take them off.
Things to keep in mind:
Eat your last meal or snack 3 hours before bed, at least
Only eat when you are hungry
Drink lots of water
And this last one is sort of tricky: At night, before you fall asleep, imagine releasing all of the excess *everything* in your mid-region that you no longer need. Just imagine it leaving through your legs. This is energy work. Most people who have larger mid-regions are holding on to energetic "stuff" there. It helps if you do this visualization every night. I'm talking, at least in my experience, a difference of a couple inches in the morning. But when you're visualizing, don't just imagine physical stuff you don't need. Imagine mental/emotional stuff that you're carrying there leaving as well. Really focus on *letting go* of it.
Hope this helps you :)
