Ok I have been high raw for over 3 months now, and it has been a up and down trip ;-)
Last weekend I was down for two days with fever, felt a bit better for a couple of day and yesterday my throat startet to hurt, and this morning I woke up to tonsillitis. It is really painfull :-(
So my question is am I going to detox EVERY time I had tonsillitis, lemunia (s?) a.s.o. ? because I had it A LOT. I know it it detox, and this startet after I began to take the vitamineral green powder. But how soon is this going to be over, or do I have to live throug all of it again while I detox ?
Any advice of how to get throug this faster ?
Any advise is highly appreciatet :D

If you think the powder started it, I would Stop taking the powder. Maybe there is something in the powder you are allergic to. And this would have nothing with detox.

I am no doctor and therefore recomend to you to do research about what i am about to suggest. If you are up to, you can consider to have hydro colonic. This is one of the fastest way of clearing toxin and feel better sooner. Matt Monarch highly recommend to do this, but again do research. For myself, i did it and notice a great difference, but i had a downside and noticed not being able to be as regular for the bathroom. I am the only one that had this side effect, every single person that i talked too or read about, had only positive effect with this. Google Matt Monarch to read more about that.
Green smoothies help to heal addiction and to detox nicely in my opinion. I still get sick even though i have been raw for almost two years. I live in a city too and our water here has chloramine in it.
Hope you feel good soon, but if you feel confident, i would do a gravity hydro colonic with someone who specialize with that.

Thank you for your replys :D
I will try to stop taking the powder and see if it helps :)
Well I have heard a lot of good about colonics, but after I had colitis and having a really sensitive colon im affraid to do one. I had several costumors when I worked in the health food shop who had the same problem as you did Raw Angel Mom. One got her whole colon balance scrued up. So im not the biggest fan, but ofcourse I have never tried it so im not the bedst to judge.
But my sensitive colon might not like it and im not really happy with the idear of taking the chance, so I will not try one at the moment :) But thanks for the surgestion.
Today my throat was feeling better, and then I ate one banana that was not 100% ripe, and the throat pain is back :-( im thinking it might be a allergic reaction as Spicyfull also surgested. Sigh, I cant live without bananas, special not high raw.
Thank you again :D

I have Ulcerative Colitis/Crohn's Disease and have done hydro-colonics. No harm done. I highly recommend it, in fact--I think the benefits outweigh the small risk involved. You might also check into an herbal colon cleanse like EJUVA, which is the type of thing I'm doing now. It's much gentler on the system. Be sure to take probiotics after cleaning your colon, though. It can get rid of a lot of the good bacteria.
