How can I know if I am supplying my body with enough amino acids to assemble into proteins? I am aware of the sign of protein deficiency, but I am not interested in waiting that long to find out. Thanks!

As long as your eating enough whole foods protein deficiency cannot occur, I don't even think protein deficiency is possible, certainly not when eating whole raw food. Many plants have much more protein than meat, and cooking destroys 50% of protein.
