Ok rawbies I need ur help! Below I have listed what I eat on an average day. The problem is I'm loosing weight like crazy and I don't have much fat left on me. I am 130 on a good day, sometimes lower. I normally wear a size 3, but lately I've been in 1's and Zeros.

I need u guys to tell me what serving size I should have of each and add more foods If i'm not eating enough. My bf and fam are really concerned. I have told them I am the healthiest I have ever been, but I would feel better knowing Im getting everything I need. I need a CORRECT leg to stand on when I lecture the SAD people. Thanks!

2 apples
2-3 Bananas
2 Pears ( more if i juice them)
4-5 Oranges
1 Pineapple or mango or 3-4 kiwis
1/2 lb Grapes

1-2 Tomatoes
1 Cucumber
1 Avacado ( i could eat 40 i lov'em)
2-3 handfuls of Kale
2-3 Handfuls of Lettuce ( Romaine or Greenleaf)
2-3 Handfuls of Collards
1-2 Carrots
1-2 Stalks of Celery

I am currently NOT eating any sprouts. I just learned that I can get lots of protein from them. Which are the best? Do i have all my vitamins and nutrients covered? Should I take a trace mineral supplement? Keep in mind that this is my base. I have a lot of variety, but these items always make it in 1st.

Teraw,

I'm not a guy but I'll respond anyway.

Methinks you are over-thinking this. The correct serving size is whatever YOU need to make YOU feel good ~ not what makes others feel good.

If you've not gotten Alissa's book and dvd's I highly recommend you get them... maybe more than one set for your family. You've got to get them SOMEthing for the holidays.. why not something that will educate them?

You also might wish to do a search here on protein. My question for you is, do you know ANYone who has died from lack of protein? Even those who cook the life out of their food? One book you might want to read and share is "The China Study" as well.

Something you might wish to share with your family is the movie "Eating (http://revvellations.com/shopping/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=5&products_id=9&zenid=eaf5e02ca3bd88deab52fa258276d9d1)". It will change their (and your) perspective on what you are doing.

Enjoy~

Reading Green For Life by Victoria Boutenko you will find it mentioned that people with low hydrochloric acid loose weight too quickly. The book indicates HCL from the health food store can be of assistance.

What I would do is enter the food I'm eating into a tool like www.fitday.com so I could get a baseline of how many calories I'm eating just to make sure it's enough but glancing down your list, I would imagine it is enough for most women (all things being equal), however the one thing I noticed is that everything you listed is very cleansing (high water content) foods. I would say add a few things like raw deserts, flax crackers, maybe some dehydrated goodies. Or maybe add a dessert smoothie to your routine or some raw ice cream or have a nut pate with your salad ... ok, I'm making myself hungry. I suppose what I'm saying is more calorie dense foods is what I would do. If you didn't want to fiddle with food so much as to be making desserts, crackers, etc. I'm sure you could beef up a smoothie to pack a lot of calories ... I'm thinking, nuts, dates, cacao, bananas, maybe some flax oil or coconut oil.

Just my 2 cents.

Blessings,
Heather
