Arame

Hi everyone,

I am wondering if any of you eat arame. I want to find a good source of fresh organic arame, and I don't know where to purchase it. Anyone know?

I do ,but I havent found "fresh" arame - but there is DRIED arame , you should find it at a w.f. or an asian market , emerald cove is the brand I get......make sure its DARK green ,almost black,not green (aka not raw)...

Maine Coast Sea Vegetables is where I usually get my weeds. Also, one place in Canada where a friend purchases hers in quantity and shares with me. Goldmine Natural Foods usually carries a good selection.
