I can see his recipe to become my latest "miso soup." It's called salad below but my imagination is running over saying "soup" and not salad or both. There is a delish sauce that goes with it. I love Alissa and I love Elaina Love, purejoyplanet.com. Elaina's recipes also RAWK. I have her manual she puts out and today I got these fabulous dreaming recipes. I don't have all ingredients but will fake it. For sunflower greens I'm aiming for 'bean sprouts." Maple syrup is cooked so using agave. I don't have toasted sesame but need to buy I assume even if cooked at this point. I know I had a delish Chinese raw dish that had toasted sesame and made a great differen to my plain stuff.

Oh, I'm not using my Saladacco for skinny strands, but will use the other one that gives me long, thickish noodles. Name slips me at the moment. Help with name please. It's the long unit, white that sits on counter and out comes these long "wormy" strands of pasta. Diakon or cuke would work for the salad or "miso soup" as I call it below.

Oh, I'm really into my manual stainless grater for ginger or sweet potatoes. Yes to carrots as well for short shredded strips.

Really thinking Chinese "UNcooking" here. Here goes 2 recipes:

Ginger-Miso "Noodles" elaina love

This salad is so light and flavorful, it is a meal in itself. It is also a great accompaniment to nori rolls or an Asian wild rice dish. Raw broccoli contains almost as much calcium as whole milk, and is an antioxidant and protects against cancer. Sunflower greens are super high in protein and are loaded with enzymes and chlorophyll.

1 stalk of broccoli, peeled (head removed)
1 carrot
1 English cucumber or 2 cups Kelp Noodles (www.kelpnoodles.com)
1 cup sunflower greens
Using a spiral slicer, also known as a Saladacco, make the first 3 ingredients into veggie noodles.
Chop or cut the noodles so they won't be excessively long.
Mix in the sunflower sprouts and as much dressing as desired.

¼ cup honey, maple syrup or date paste (dates and water blended)
