Here are some recipes I've been dying to try, but have never made almond milk and don't have pulp! But when I get some, here are a couple at the top of my list!

Pumpkin bread:

Blueberry muffins:

Can you tell I like sweets?? :D

one thing i do is after straining it out of first batch is use it for a second batch with less water , i can get a double batch that way .

i just use one of the cheap fine metal mesh kitchen colanders , which through i pour the milk into a bowl . then i put the pulp back into blender , add water and let sit for several hours , hitting the pulse button every so often when i walk by blender in order to chop up the pulp finer to extract more from it .

my almond milk / ice cube / carob powder / dry date / banana smoothies are my most favorite thing , ive got a batch of ground almonds and water sitting in my blender now that i just made so can have a banana smoothie in morning before work

edit - maybe its not a colander but rather a strainer ? the kind with one long handle and no feet is what im refering to . not the big kind with feet that stand on their own .

You could always freeze your almond pulp until you get a dehydrator. :)
