I just made the pumpkin pie recipe that's floating around this forum, from the purely delicious magazine. Last year I made it about this time of year and knew it was INCREDIBLE......it makes 2 pies and I wrote in my notes that it took me about 1 hour. Well, this year it was 45 minutes or less (considering I cut my thumb and had to take time out for that). Who can make two cooked or baked pies in 45 minutes or even an hour....it's worth the time it takes for anyone wanting pumpkin pie.:)
