Well this is my second day eating raw its been ok I have not had my usual bloated tummy indigestion feeling thank goodness :) I have felt lightheaded and headachy but I imagine thats a good thing:p..........Before I started this my Dr said I had canida bad and needed to not eat any yeast products or FRUIT :( for 2 weeks to kill it off......What the heck do I do I think the only way I can keep this up is to eat fruit........I got some stuff from the health food store for yeast and it said no fruit for 2 weeks aswell ugh I am mad:mad:

Seriously no one knows? I want to stick with this new healthy lifestyle but I dont want to have candida from my old lifestyle still in me from my sugar habit?What would you do ?TIA

I'd say . . . if your only options are stay raw, eat fruit OR eat cooked with no fruit, it would be better to stay raw including fruit.
Remember that candida only has a lifespan of 48 hours, so if you eat no fruit for 48 hours, then slowly and gradually add it back in, eating a little bit more fruit each day, as part of a healthy raw lifestyle, then you can get rid of your candida forever.
But just staying raw works miracles for all kinds of dis-ease.

My son has a terrible case of candida. He was told to eat only 1 or 2 peices of fruit a day, nuts, seeds and veggies. I rarely eat fruit, even tho I "can", so I don't see much of problem-esp since this is short term.
