Haha. So, the Bikram ("hot") yoga class I go to have a sign with all the guidelines that are ideal to follow to have a good experience. It says to not have anything to eat for 2-3 hours before class.
Sooo, what I've been doing, is a few hours before class, I have a green smoothie (which is such a great, easily digestible food anyways). I drink most of it but leave enough to fill a half liter bottle. I stick that in the freezer so it's in there getting cold for 2-3 hours. Then when I go to yoga, I grab it and go. Over the span of the two hours or so for class and travel, by the time class ends it's the perfect temperature to drink up!
