I've been meaning to experiment with making cupcakes, I have quite a number of ideas I think might achieve a fairly light textured cakey consistency. But alas, I just don;t have the time with work, a business and a kid. :(

Holidays are coming up though, and I'll hopefully be in the kitchen making a whole bunch of stuff. I'll be looking for inspiration like this!

Those mint cupcakes look fabulous. I am assuming that she doesn't have the recipe anywhere on her site, as I was unable to find it~~too bad!!! I would love to learn how to make those!!!
