Any idea what temperature to dehydrate cherries on and for how long? With fruit I never know when they're done because aren't they supposed to retain a little bit of moisture otherwise wouldn't they just turn into leather, dry up and blow away?

The cherries my friend, are blowin' in the wind, the cherries are blowin' in the wind...Oops - a little Bob Dylan there...

Also, what about plums, my Mom told me they were amazing so I'd like to do some of those to but need the same questions answered.

Thanks ahead of time for your help.

so sorry I can't help you there, but I gotta say I am just LOVIN' cherry and plum season!! :)

If you end up figuring it out on your own, be sure to post, eh?

Probably the highest you can - like 125 tops. I've read that fruit is generally factory dried really high heat because of the moisture. Maybe you can get away with a lower temp if you cut the cherries in half first.
