Let me recap:

Im allergic to everything. I lived off of Rice and veggies both cooked and raw. For me to follow an all raw diet, it is basically going just be raw fruits and veggies.

Since I did not have a lot of cooked in my diet to begin with, I thought going raw would be easy..................


well......Day 3.....

I ate:

2 40oz green smoothies (80oz total)
a banana
a pear
an apple

by 2pm I was SOOOOOOOOOOOO light headed, dizzy, nauseous..........So I ate rice (PROBABLY A BAD IDEA, I know) I felt fine.

What should I do?.... is there anything I can eat that has the same effect as the rice? or is this just something I will get over?

Sarah,

When I start feeling lightheaded, a couple spoonfuls of coconut butter or any nut butter ALWAYS helps...... today, I ate my banana with some cashew butter.... yummy!!! ;)

I would love to, but like I said, im allergic to everything...........can't touch me after you eat nuts and most seeds!

Sounds as though you need some more grounding foods ~ Dark, leafy green salads, avos, broccoli, cauliflower...

Yeah, Im going to start eating more avocados......I love em, just dont eat em a lot for some reason!

Avacados are a staple food of the raw vegan diet. I go through 1-2 a DAY (and that's not even counting the nuts I eat). Walnuts are also excellent, if you're not allergic. I make a soup out of walnuts, garlic, ginger, and carrot juice. It tastes wonderful, and is very filling.

you really need to eat more food....you need greens and fats.
dont wait till you are starving hungry.... eat more often.
and YEAH! if you like avacados they are just what you need.
BUT EAT MORE FOOD!

Aye yi yi, there is just something about 2 o clock!!!!!!!!!! .......I get massive cravings at 2!

its so weird!

Definitely strange. I get mine late at night. I would rather have cravings midday, when my digestion is working well, than right before bed.

Have you tried Sun Warrior Rice Protein powder? I usually don't use or recommend supplements, but in the case of food allergies, you need some food with substance that isn't going to cause an allergic reaction. I also recommend soaked buckwheat and sprouted quinoa. Avos are great, as previously mentioned.
