Does the MC work properly if you substitute raw honey or agave for the maple syrup?

Does the sweetner used in the MC feed candida?

How many days, minimum, would a MC beginner (who is long time raw) do to reap benefits? My goal is to clean up stubborn mercury deposits from amalgam removal and rid myself of cellulite. I am thin but still have cellulite. ugh!

Do I have to do a SWF with this?

comments & answers welcome... please & thanks very much! always learning something here..D

YES Many, many do it with agave successfully.

NO, fats feed candida.

10 days is the minimum MC - longer is even better. I did 21 days my first time, also have done 28 days and 40 days. To remove metals there are much more effective ways than the MC - check out CureZone.com for that.

That is the best plan, but using the laxative tea twice a day can work, too. Being raw as long as you have been might make your detox more intense - or less soo.. gotta do it to find out. The SWF is no biggie with a great attitude - I think of warm soup.

Good luck!

LNdolls answered all your questions exactly how I would have already but I figured I would throw in a comment. I found it made the SWF MUCH easier to get down with warm water than cool or cold. And I would just hold my breath and drink it down, because the more times you stop the more times you have to taste it. You can do it.

Blessings,
Heather

I have done master cleanse in the past. You can use agave instead of maple syrup, you can also use lime instead of lemon. SWF goes down much better if you do it warm - I thought of mine like broth and drank it down quick (the first time it was aweful but it gets easier from there). When you are detoxing your tongue will have a white coat on it - you know you are done detoxing when you tongue turns pinkish again. There is a forum that has great info here: http://www.mastercleanser.com/master-cleanser-1.htm

I think I might be the only person who finds it easier to do the SWF cool rather than warm. Just wanted to mention that, though, 'cos everybody's different, and you might find one way works better for you, so don't be scared to try different methods. Also: the SWF gets MUCH, MUCH easier after the first couple days. So stick with it! I found it to be one of the most important parts of the cleanse, and the days I just did laxative tea in the mornings, not only did I get cramps, but I know I didn't flush nearly as much or feel as good.

Stanley Burroughs was a major critic of honey (even raw), and didn't recommend using it for the MC, but I don't know if people since have used it and liked it.

You'll find lots of great support here for this. Good luck!!:)

Me too. Works better for me slightly cooler than room temperature.

Cilantro is wonderful for pulling metal from the body. Add it to your green smoothies or if fasting, juice it with other greens.

Oh my goodness cool is better for me too. I try and make myself think it is straight from the sea.....and I wish it was as the Gulf tastes so much better!:)

Yes! Cilantro!.. and it is said to use chlorella, 30 minutes after the cilantro, for the mercury to bind to once it is pulled out and floating around in your system looking for a place to land.

I think I need to start a metal removal thread for any other tips... going to search first..

I'm on day 3 of the MC. All is good except I am not used to having so much sweetener every day.

Would it be unwise to switch to juice fasting say tomorrow? - because I am really enjoying the fast in general.

Suggestion for cellulite: Whole Body Vibration !
Check your local spas, I think is where you would find it.
