hey, i was wondering if someone could help me with this. i would like to make a whipped cream recipe i found using irish moss. i know they carry irish moss at homebrew supply stores as a clarifying agent for beer... is that what i'm looking for/is it the same thing? it costs $1-2 an ounce.
thanks in advance!

hmm... thanks lucy, good info there.
hoping someone who has bought irish moss from a homebrew store and used for recipes will reply. i guess its worth a try... though i hate wasting nuts in recipes that don't turn out.
