Does anyone have a Naturemill (http://www.naturemill.com/hiw_cabinet.html) or any other indoor composter to recommend? We fill up our HUGE compost bucket every few days and then we have to drive it to our HFS to empty it. We need a better solution.

I have a NatureMill Pro. It's the larger model made for family of 5. Yeah right!

I need two of those things to handle the scraps I produce all by myself.

Most days, my green smoothies contain the apple core, vegetable stems, etc that are edible. So not much goes into the composter. The compartment is small and you really need to leave it alone for about a week to break down.

If I juice fast, then it can barely handle a full day of scraps. Thank goodness I don't juice all that often.

It does work well. Although the trap door on mine doesn't open so I scoop the finished compost out by hand. I prefer it that way since the tray below gets lots of moisture and I don't want the finished product sitting down there. They did send the replacement part for the trap door, but I would need to clean out the compost compartment to install it (yuck!).

Anyways, I'm happy with mine and would get another one if it weren't so darn pricey.
