OK, I know it's not too hard to figure out what you can eat on a raw diet, but I need help! I have noticed that if I eat too much fruit I get dizzy and feel faint after. Like my blood sugar is dropping.
What do you all eat for a whole day? Do you eat mostly fruit, veggies, nuts? Like sample menus?
That's it!

do you have Alissa's book? you need to get that and read it and you will find alot of answers there.
raw foods is very individual. some people like it heavy and full fat ...and some like it light and simple. trial and error is the way to find what makes you feel best.

I so agree. What works for one may not work for another.

Whatever my body craves. But this was something I had to learn and what I eat may not be right for your body. For instance. I do a good amount of sea greens for my thyroid. You may not need to eat that much. It's a learning process...
check out the "what are you eating thread" that might help you...

There aren't that many guys here, so for me, I eat what I feel to eat... LOTS of fruit and greens.
The operative words you use are "too much"... what is "too much" for you? That's what's important.

It's often recommended to have minerals with fruit meals such as greens or sea veggies.
What works best for me is to have liquid meals at least a couple of times or more per day-smoothies, soups, juice. If something isn't working for you, just change it until it does.

when i first started out i ate a lot more nuts and seeds and raw treats...now i've naturally transitioned to high fruit and greens...some sprouts as well. i listen to my body, but lately it hasn't wanted anything "too heavy" (i.e. nuts and nut butters).

I eat a small amount of sweet fruits, maybe two services or so a day. I usually have a lot of greens with avocado, tomoto and cucumber. I have some nuts and seeds. I like Alissas "Not Tuna" (or it is Almost Tuna, I forget), which is made with sprouts, sunflower seeds and almond butter and flavored with kelp powder. It works well as a toping for salad or a stuffing for peppers or portabella mushrooms. I find it really satisfying. I think my body likes the kelp. Above all, I try to listen to my body.
