I just called around to some natural food stores in Connecticut and Whole Foods is the only one that carries raw nori. The fellow said it is EMERALD COVE ORGANIC SILVER GRADE UNTOASTED (HOSHI) NORI - does untoasted mean it's raw? Does anyone else use this particular product? I googled it, but couldn't find if it's truly raw or not.

Thanks

Untoasted nori is raw.

I have a package unopened that I would be happy to sell,
50 sheets for $20 (includes postage) just let me know if you would like it.

I don't care for nori, so I haven't even opened it.

thank you very much, RP.

I have not tried it before, so I am going to buy a small pack of 10. I just hate veggies, and I need to eat something mineral-rich to balance out my all-fruit diet. I like sushi and sashimi, so I will try this.
