Hi
I am on a total vegetable (raw) diet for the last 2 months and have broken out into a terrible rash in my armpit area (sorry TMI) but weirdly after shaving there..is that normal?
Also i feel like my body is reacting negatively to every positive thing I am doing..i am feeling rashy breaking out into eczema and acne pathces every where..!
I hate it
Any adivse will be helpful
Thansk so much
That's detox for ya. Drink as many green smoothies as you can, do things that make you happy, exercise, and stay raw. I promise it will get much better.

Fantastic! Your skin, being a third kidney/lung is doing what it's supposed to be doing. Wouldn't you rather have that stuff outside than in? Just know, it's temporary.
If you've had any of these things before, google "retracing". If not, just be thankful the stuff is coming out and your body works well.
Warm baths w/ baking soda may relief some of the itching (if there is any).
That's my advice.

Thanks so much..but do you think the underam rash is weird to have started after shaving?
Thanks agin
are you using some kind of shaving cream?
i used to have underarm rash. it was b/c i was allergic to the baking soda i was using as deodorant. i've switched to the crystal deo. now. :)
as for other rashes (i'm pretty sure due to detox now), i used to have some on my arms & chest. sounds gross i know. it was really itchy, too! i just went "eh." just made sure to dry brush to open my pores and get lots of air & sun exposure.

Is shaving new to you? If so, no, it's common. If yes, what are you using to shave?

Hi Revell,
I have done it before, but not recently..i usually go for waxing and I did not use any shaving cream ,,i did it dry..
dry shaving? sounds like it would hurt or irritate much but also depending what shaver you are using. i use coconut or olive oil. :)

I had similar problem using the "rock" stone. Now I use Aubrey liquid without any problems. The rock was a daily irritant. So happy with Aubrey ..think something with E Plus C roll on.

The dry shaving is what caused it. I used to do that when I was in a hurry, or would use just water. Would give me a horrid rash. I also find that I do best with a plain razor. Not the kind with the lubricating strip on there. I haven't bought any of those for years, but it's likely they had something I was allergic to.
i've never seen a plain razor. what brand?
