Cravings averted!

I am very psyched that my intense cravings for a spaghetti with marinara sauce was quelched tonight because:

My boss ordered raw lunch from me for tomorrow!!

So.. when I got home, I made some walnut taco meat and fresh salsa for his lunch for tomorrow. It was SO delicious looking that all I wanted was a soft taco in a collard leaf!

I also had some YUMMY French Onion Soup from RAWvolution with my taco. mmmm!

awesome! well done! my boss makes fun of me to no end about going raw... until yesterday, when i told him that if he'd just try it for a week he'd understand why I stick with it.. well he said that if I'd prepare him meals for a week, he'd do it. !!! this from a major meat 'n potatoes guy! you're inspiring me to maybe take him up on it (once I get a few more recipes under my belt). how's your boss liking everything so far?

He LOVES everything!! He has been buying lunch from me once a week, AND he talks about it to everyone else at work too! He even shared a little with a few of the other teachers at work, and they were impressed!
