Has anyone tried anything new lately that they absolutely loved?
I just made cashew cream and pizza sauce this afternoon and both were wonderful ^_^ I'm also new at this so almost everything's new to me, lol.

I LOVE Ani Phyo's apple pie.
Last night I tried her curry recipe-- she has a youtube video to show how to make it...I made it without olive oil, just water instead...OMG it was SOOO spicy! And good. I haven't had anything spicy in so long it was hard to eat (I think with olive oil it wouldn't have been so spicy) but my cooked veg partner grabbed it and added it to his lentil and rice dish and LOVED it. Funny.

OMG I just last night made Pumpkin Curry from the Gone Raw site...just search there...it was JUST like Indian food, which I miss more than anything else. I added some peas and cilantro and felt like I was eating out at our favorite Indian place. YUM!

Last night I made Alissa's brocilli soup.....it was REALLY good, since the weather is turning cold.

Interesting; I made those lemon coconut bars and was disappointed. Not a great sub for regular SAD lemon bars, imo.

I used golden flax seeds and raw agave to make pancakes this morning. Excellent!
Also had a shake made of walnuts, agave, coconut butter, cacao beans, and maca...super healthy, and made me feel wonderful.
Hrm.... Been eating Kale chips for the last two days straight. Good stuff! Gets my daily greens quotient, and doesn't disrupt my diet. Also eating "fries" made out of jicama root and olive oil with spices.

Oh yes, and a soup made of butternut squash and zucchini. It was wonderful. Got it out of a raw cookbook.
