Hi there
I am wondering what is the maximum dehydrator temperature i can use to re warm my food?
I am quite new at this and dont know much yet!

I never go above 105 degrees F. even when warming foods up...

You can warm a bowell and then put your food in it and continue to warm in your dehydrator. Alissa's book really is a great resource and has a whole section on dehydrating....I'm sure it would be really interesting to you. I usually never go above 110 degrees. The highest I've heard of anyone using is 118. and then some will only do around 97. After awhile you'll decide what you think is best.
