Hi guys,
My night started out with a virus on my email!! "weeeeeee" my computer is fine, but I had to change my email. my username was "srsarri", I went in to change my email when I logged into that account and it would not let me do it for some reason or another. I twiddled with it for a while and I just couldnt get it to work. so ................im not new, im old. lol
Stressful night -
I am a nanny, I am doing an overnight tonight, in a hotel with the kids. I decided to take a trip to PA with the family! Anyway, we went out to dinner. It was my first time EVER out to eat for dinner while raw!! (lunch was easy). I have never felt so much anxiety in my ENTIRE life. I was able to overcome my cravings for SAD and had a wonderful salad but OH MY!!!!!!!! I opened the menu and started to swet, I almost wanted to cry I was feeling so anxious!! I was so overwhelmed with the experience!! i could barely breath!!!
I sure hope this gets better!
