Today and it feels wonderful:)

I think i have lost waight but that is not the biggest chaing,its everything!

But yeah,its hard sometimes but i think it will past:rolleyes::D

Much better than I usually feel. The more greens I eat, the more calm I get. I've noticed it in my social interactions, my way of approaching problems, everything... I'm really excited to see how this turns out.

I eat a lote of fruit now but i will eat more greens;)
