This is my new favorite breakfast as I finally got some truly raw oat groats from The Sprout House (10# worth, as there is a discount). This is great esp if you need a some variance from all fruit/vegetables. I have a 3 hours bike/run training session this morning, and I find that this gives me the staying power in those sessions!
1/4 raw oat groats, soaked at least 24 hours
2 Tbsp-1/4 Cup of water
1 small banana, cut into pieces
1 apple, cut into pieces
1 Tbsp chia seeds
pn Cinnamon
pn Stevia
Blend in Vitamix--I think that Food Processor would work too! I like a thick, cooked oatmeal like consistency but you can adjust it with water so suit your needs
