I've never made it, but I did eat theirs and it was very good.

The above one is much better than the other one I tried that had avocado in it. The avo gave it a WEIRD texture!

I made it and it came out very good. Tasted even better once it had a chance to chill overnight.

I always make RAWvolutions! I usually add just a bit less tahini, lemon, and garlic so it's not so strong.....then mix (FP) and TASTE it and see if you need to add more! You can ALWAYS add more, but it's hard to cover up, say, too much garlic, ya know! TASTE AS YOU GO! That's MY tip!! :D

I agree. Used 2 cloves garlic instead of 4 and it's still a bit too strong.

I put like 5 Zucchini in my food Prossesor and then whirl them up. Oh I peel them first. Then I put them in a bowl and Put some Cracked pepper on it and then some Hot sause. Then I stir it up and put some more hot sause on top. I love this stuff and I eat it alot. Give it a try you will like it too. Doug in Calif.....:)

What do you dip in it? And do you make your own tahini?

No, I buy tahini pre-made. I keep raw simple. :) Besides eating it alone (yes, I actually do this and with the cheese too), I think cucumber slices were mainly what I used. Carrots and broccoli are good options too. Crackers are always good.
