A friend of mine who's into health food but isn't a raw foodist gave me a recipe for fudge which he loves. There are only 2 ingredients, and he swears it tastes fudgy and delicious. He sprouts wheat, grinds it up, and adds carob powder. Then he puts it in the oven and bakes it. So I altered it a little by putting it in the dehydrator instead. I also added a little mesquite. We'll see how it is in a couple days. I'll let you know.

Can't remember if I posted my "fast fudge" recipe or not. Well here it is just incase:

Serves 1 -

1 to 2 Tbl spn raw almond butter
1 1/2 to 2 Tlb spn cacao powder
agava to taste

My kids call this one "choc. peanut butter fudge"

If you sprinkle crushed almonds on top I SWEAR it taste so much like it that I then call it "candybar in a bowl"
