Frozen seedless watermelon
A juicer that has a "solid plate" similar to the champion juicer
cut in small pieces and feed through juicer. Water melon sorbet will come out! And its delicious.
bananas are great to do this way too. Peel them, cut in small pieces and freeze. Mix with strawberries, kiwi, and consume! :)

Speaking of watermelon . . . I've been juicing it in the blender with some grated ginger. It's sooo good I eat it almost every morning. Another good blended melon juice is cantalope. Blend the seeds of one cantalope with some water, strain, add that and the cantalope flesh back to the blender with some cinnamon and nutmeg. Blend and enjoy!

 Oh well, didn't work for me. I wasn't sure it would, my green star is a pretty mean juicer, ha, ha. BUT.......I now have what it was that I was truly, truly craving....yesterday I was at Whole Foods with my hubby and kids and my hubby bought one of those bottled tea/juice drinks, I've been wanting one since. So just now my watermelon came out juice (just about zero pulp) I put the juice in my vitamix added some water and agava and WELLA! I now have the BEST watermelon juice/tea drink EVER!!!
Thanks! :)

Was the watermelon supposed to have been frozen to make the sorbet ice cream?

YES, the first line of this thread, is Frozen seedless watermelon,
so to make sorbet, the fruit NEEDS to be frozen.
