dried spices

OK, well the salt question was asked.... So... Does anyone not use any dried spices at all?

I don't count! I use dried spices, but only organic ones because nonorganic dried spices have been irradiated. I can taste and smell the difference.

ahh I totally didn't know that! ... I need to go through my cabinet, I dont think any are organic! LOL at this point in my journey, I think I can splurge for some organic spices!
