I'm wanting to find some good interval training dvds that I can speed up my fat loss and metabolism and tone up my body too! Does anyone know of any good dvds! I don't want to loose any money on anything!
I've been checking out Billy Blanks Tae bo Amped Deluxe Package, but I've heard the bar doesn't last long! I normally like his dvds because he's so fast he does get my heart rate up there like know one else does! I've heard really good about this package, but I've also heard some bad!
Can anyone help me? Thanks, have a fruitful day!

Thanks spicyfull for doing that!
Maybe interval training isn't what I should do! Has anyone tried the No nonsense Muscle Building program? I'm just wanting to burn fat and gain a lean toned body! If anyone has tried this program will you please tell me how good it is! Thanks! Have a berry day!

All of The Biggest Loser DVDs are fantastic. You can pick and chose between different workouts and levels if necesary. You work none stop using upper and lower body, sometimes hand weights, sometimes body weight. I was very surprised and very pleased with the intensity and easy to follow exercises. Real people with real sweat, red faces and all encourages you to keep going as opposed to trying to keep up with a video of athletes. Highly recommend these!

By far the best I've found is Yuri Elkaim. You don't need to buy dvds, either - just check out his channel on YouTube. He's got bodyweight circuits and great tips for interval training. If you're interested, he also sells an ipod trainer thing (which i'm way too last century to know how to do).
But yeah - interval training and circuit bodyweight training - love it, don't need to spend any money on it. love it more.
