She has been raw for 6 weeks now, she is the strongest she has ever been she looks superb, and she has not seen any improvement in her knee. Any one have any suggestions?

I recommend MSM powder. I am a long distance runner, and I have had some trouble with my joints.
MSM combined with a raw food diet cleared all my joint pain up.

Raw is great, but don't expect miracles after only 6 weeks...

Arthritis is a term doctors use when they can't find any other reason for pain.
Yes, don't expect miracles in 6 weeks; give msm a shot and wheatgrass juice as well.
Lots of smoozies (green smoothies) too!

I would recommend consuming a simple diet of sweet fruits, leafy greens, and other soft, high water content vegetables. Foods like celery and tomatoes are great for some extra mineral boost. However, sweet fruits will provide maximum energy for optimal performance and healing. Ripe fruit and greens combine to make an energizing meal. It's getting me hungry thinking about it!

it maybe has no physical reason. It could be a body response of a psycic pain. If the pressure is high and the fear of failure is big(she dont want to loose the care and love of her father), when really small injuries can produce much pain. There is a real pain but that pain is no big deal, its just a sign of early erosion(that can be caused by wrong done or straining moves, and also by a too weak or UNSTABLE muscular system f.e.).
So the thing is she has fear that she cant be the little princess anymore because she believes her joints are seriously damaged(because of the 100% subjective felling "STRONG PAIN"). The fear multiplies that pain by 10 and when by 10 again.
Theres an example to understand that pain is subjective. If u go to fight club to have a real combat and you get a cut in your face and you loose. This pain is no big deal because you chose to go there because you wanted that adrenaline kick and the "fear therapy":D. But if u re walking on the street and somebody knocks you down because he gives a shit about you and u have a cut without beeing able to revenge, that is gonna be real pain. Because you feel hurt in your soul. Somebody handled you like u are shit and it was a face to face defamation. Thats why the pain feels sooooo strong - Because IT REMINDS you that somebody handled you like u are worthless instead of a loving human beeing. The injury is not the big deal its the defamation that goes along with it - But if u were in a fight club and it was fight between two man that are friends in their hearts and have the same mission - the pain feels at least 10 times less stronger as in the other situation.
If a doctor she trust would explain her in understanding way that the pain means not that she is hurt and that the pain will remove completly - when the problem would be solved very soon.
But the fear of failure and of dissapointing her father is still there.
Maybe you think that you love her no matter what she is doing. But the problem is that doesnt matter. If she is feeling that she is only loved for her success she probably will fail, and maybe also in life.
Maybe i am wrong, maybe not. You ask for our advice:D
I made the experience. I thought i had ligamental strain in my foot and when i started to believe that the stronger the pain is getting - the stronger the injury is getting. WRONG! The pain i had didnt cause ANY injury. It was completly harmless and normal. Nothing was getting worse, my strain is healing.. yeh! The doctor explained that to me. 10 hours later i could walk a mile without mentionable pain. And i came on brackets to the doctor, because i couldnt do one step without serious pain.
Thats how subjective pain is. The thoughts around the injury multiply the pain or make u feel very less pain although you re hurt badly. If u have an car accident with speed 150 miles per hour and your leg is broken - you would have a party and feel great that u are born for the second time. If u re leg is broken and u feel like u re father is not going to love u anymore because of this - when a 15 year old girl would probably really have much serious pain.

Try some glucosamine mixed with the MSM --it's an anti-inflammatory and is found in cartilidge. (May also help rebuild damaged cartilidge)
Being an athlete and a combat athlete I know how much it sucks to be out of your sport, but with supplementation and the alteration in eating habbits, I suggest some time off from gymnastics --atleast movements which put stress on the knee.
If you haven't already, try to see a physical therapist to get some exercises which might help or for a different opinion.
