Hello Everyone,
Well I know that salads are in for sure, but I am wondering about things with a bit more substance that are 100% nut free.... The factory I work in manufactures peanut/nut free product so we arn't to bring any nuts into the factory (other than ourselves ;) )
Thank You in Advance,
Candace

I like to bring shredded zucchini/zucchini pasta with spaghetti sauce, an assortment of sliced up veggies for snacking, and a variety of fruits with me. I find that if I have things like raw corn (just cut off the cob) on my salads/pasta that it fills the void that nuts and seeds leave.

Does this include seeds?
If not, I would make sunflower seed "refried beans" (it's like a spicy mexican pate') and the fixings for raw tacos. It is sooooo filling and yummy!
soups
green smoothies
zucchini hummus with veggies
spinach dip with veggies
guacamole with veggies
fruit salads
zucchini or other veggie pasta with sauce

One thing I have found with salads: put the dressing in the bottom of your tupperware type bowell and then put your salad on top....at lunch mix the dressing into your salad. If you put it on top of your salad, it goes limp and I like not having to worry about another container that won't leak dressing. I especially like to take a green smoothie when I'm out and away from the house. Most work places have a fridge.

Thank you for your replies, seads are in! I think that they would be really tasty in salads as well. I am trying to think of what I will make for dinner, I don't have a dehydrator yet, but my DH LOVES Banana chips so we will be buying one shortly!!! I also think that I may buy a new blender today, I drug mine out of the cupboard today, made a smoothie for breakfast and I forgot about the funny taste it adds to everything (ewwwwww!!) So I am going to try and make something for dinner so there is enough for our lunches tomorrow.
Thanks,
Candace

Try cabbage rolls or the Purple Pockets in LOLF with veggies and dressings as fillings. Or how about zucchini hummus or other dip and veggies (and crackers once you get a D) for dipping. Right now I'm having romaine salad with spicy pepitas and raw vinaigrette...mmm.
